Terms and conditions.
Version 2026-10-26b. In short: prices include VAT, the amount is only taken when the order is dispatched, engraved bracelets have no right of withdrawal, unused gift cards can be cancelled within 14 days, and you always have a 2-year right to complain about defects.

2. The agreement and your order
These terms apply to purchases of personally engraved ID bracelets and digital gift cards in the Mynaro webshop by consumers with a delivery address in Denmark. The agreement is concluded in Danish.
You choose the model, colour, plate and size and write your engraving text. Before you order, you check and approve the text in the preview, and in the checkout you see the total price including shipping and VAT before you place the order. Until then you can change anything.
The agreement is concluded when you have received our order confirmation by email. It contains your items, prices, expected dispatch date and the terms that applied when you ordered. We keep the agreement, and you can see your order through the secure order access.
If you spot a mistake in the text after ordering, you can ask for a correction from the order page, as long as the engraving has not started.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) including 25% VAT. The shipping price is shown before you order. We do not charge a fee for card payments.
You pay by payment card through Stripe. The amount is reserved on your card when you order and is only taken when the bracelet is dispatched. If the reservation expires before we can dispatch, we may ask you to approve a new reservation for the same order. We never charge a saved card automatically. Section 6 applies to gift cards.
A discount code applies to the items only, not to shipping, cannot be combined with other codes and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in Denmark using the delivery method you choose in the checkout. The expected dispatch date is stated in the order confirmation, and you will receive a notification with tracking when the bracelet has been dispatched.
If we do not deliver at the agreed time, or at the latest 30 days after the order if nothing else has been agreed, you can give us a reasonable deadline. If we still do not deliver within that deadline, you can cancel the purchase and get your money back.
The risk for the bracelet passes to you when you, or a person you have appointed, have taken delivery of it.
5. No right of withdrawal for engraved bracelets
The bracelets are engraved with your own text and made to your specifications. For that reason there is no right of withdrawal, see section 18(2), no. 3 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven). We also state this clearly in the checkout before you order.
If you still want to cancel, contact us straight away. If the engraving has not started, we will see whether the order can be stopped. Your right to make a complaint about defects (section 7) applies in full. The right of withdrawal for gift cards is described in section 6.
The online emergency profile is an optional service that is free of charge. You can deactivate or delete it at any time under "My emergency profile".
6. Gift cards
You can buy digital gift cards in the Mynaro webshop. A gift card consists of a code and a gift card page, which we send by email to the address you enter (the recipient's or your own), immediately or on a date you choose. A gift card cannot be used to pay for another gift card.
A gift card is a prepaid amount that can be used in the Mynaro webshop for items and shipping. It cannot be exchanged for cash. A gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue; the expiry date is shown on the gift card and in the email, and after that date the gift card can no longer be used.
If your purchase is less than the gift card, the remaining balance stays on the same code and can be used until the balance is 0 or the gift card expires. If your purchase is more than the gift card, you pay the rest by payment card.
The gift card is paid for when you order and is sent when the payment has gone through. If you buy it together with bracelets, the whole order is only charged when the bracelets have been dispatched, and the gift card is sent at that point. If you want it straight away, buy it in a separate order.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy a gift card online, as long as the gift card is unused. The period runs from the day the agreement was concluded. Write to us with your order number, and we will refund the amount to the payment card you used and cancel the gift card code. If the gift card has been used in full or in part, there is no right of withdrawal for the part that has been used; in that case we only refund the unused balance. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the engraved bracelets (section 5).
A gift card can be used by anyone who has the code, so keep it as you would cash; a used balance cannot be replaced. If you have lost the code or the email, contact us with your order number and we can send the gift card again. If an order that has been paid for wholly or partly with a gift card is refunded, the gift card part is put back on the gift card and is not paid out as cash. If the gift card has expired or been cancelled, you will receive a new gift card for the amount.
7. Complaints about defects
You have a 2-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (section 83). A defect that appears within 1 year of delivery is presumed to have been there from the start (section 77 a).
A bracelet is defective if, for example, the engraving differs from the text you approved, or if there is a material or manufacturing fault. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect use and mistakes in a text you approved yourself are not defects.
Complain within a reasonable time after you discover the defect. If you complain within 2 months, it is always in time. Use "Complaint" on your order page or write to us with your order number and, if possible, a photo. Do not send health information in ordinary email.
If the complaint is justified, you can, under the rules of the Sale of Goods Act, have the defect repaired, get a new bracelet, get a proportionate reduction in price or, for a material defect, cancel the purchase. We pay reasonable costs for return shipping, and money is refunded to the payment card you used.
8. Online emergency profile
If you choose the online emergency profile, we engrave a personal ID and a PIN on the back of the bracelet. With them, a finder or first responder can see the information you have chosen to show. The service is free of charge for the time being.
You enter and maintain the information yourself, and we do not check it. The emergency profile is not an emergency service and does not replace 112. We work to make sure lookups always work, but we cannot guarantee that the service is available at all times.
If we change the service significantly or close it, we will give you notice in good time at the email address the profile is linked to. Health information in the profile is only processed with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw.
9. Liability
We are liable under the general rules of Danish law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
10. Personal data and cookies
[company name missing] is the data controller for the information you give us when you buy and in the emergency profile. Read about how we process it and about your rights in the privacy notice, and about cookies in the cookie policy.
11. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first. We can usually find a solution.
If we cannot agree, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Center for Klageløsning (the Danish Complaints Board Centre), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, naevneneshus.dk. If you live in another EU country, you can get help from the European Consumer Centre Denmark (Forbrugereuropa), forbrugereuropa.dk.
12. Governing law
The agreement is governed by Danish law. This does not deprive you of the protection you have under the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live. Disputes are decided by the ordinary courts under the rules of the Danish Administration of Justice Act.
13. Changes
These terms are version 2026-10-26b. If we change them, the new terms only apply to orders placed after the change. Your order always follows the terms that were in your order confirmation.
